China Aerospace Propulsion Technology Summit 2015

British Women Pilots' Association (BWPA) Diamond Jubilee
30 - 31 May 2015, White Waltham Airfield
The BWPA will mark its 60th anniversary with a weekend of events celebrating women in aviation, past, present and future. Annual PEI Defence Lecture - The Queen Elizabeth Carrier Programme

The Armed Forces Committee is a sub-group of all the Professional Engineering Institutions (PEI)and host a lecture each year. Draft programme for the 2015 PEI Defence Lecture:

The Young Space Investigators Awards - 'Pitch Your Research Idea' Competition

Deadline for entries: 22 June 2015
The UK Space Environments Association (UKSEA) is running a 'Pitch your research idea' competition aimed at young investigators, researchers and entrepreneurs entitled 'Enabling Future Long-Duration Human Spaceflight'. The challenge is to investigate and address a current barrier faced by astronauts on long-duration missions focused within the cope of life and biomedical science. Prizes include free registration for the UK Space Conference, signed memorabilia from the Astronaut Tim Peake, the opportunity to discuss your idea with Astronaut Helen Sharman and a visit to the European Astronaut Center in Cologne.

10th International Conference on Manufacturing of Advanced Composites 24 - 25 June 2015
