The highlight of this year’s Yeovil Branch Lecture Programme is the 62nd Henson & Stringfellow Dinner and Lecture.
We are delighted that Keven Baines and Colin Russell of Baines Simmons have agreed to be our special guest speakers for the 62nd Henson & Stringfellow Lecture. Baines Simmons are world leaders in aviation safety performance improvement. The title of the lecture is “Safety from push to pull”, and will discuss:
The emerging shift in the leadership and ownership of safety, from Safety regulation to Safety Leadership; why now, and where next for protecting our organisations from harm? Aviation safety success to date has been built on failure and adverse events…we don’t have enough accidents to get safer, so what now?
The proceedings will commence with a reception at 18:00, a four-course dinner at 18:45, followed by the lecture at approximately 21:00. Preferred dress is Black Tie.
The tickets cost £30.00 per person. Tickets are likely to be in short supply so please respond as soon as possible, and no later than the 15th June, using the enclosed invitation response form. There will also be a limited number of tickets available for the lecture only, at no cost.
