Alta will help you to share experiences, inspire and be inspired and to help to develop a new generation of skilled women. As you participate in the alta programme, we also encourage you to use it to demonstrate that women leaders are an integral part of the future success of our industry.

The matching platform

The Alta mentoring platform has been developed to allow female mentors to offer their skills to women who seek support in specific career or personal areas (such as maternity leave, career breaks or work-life balance) and for female mentees to identify a mentor with the suitable experience to suit their development needs.

When you join Alta as either a mentor or a mentee, you will find useful support tools, including the latest academic research, mentoring guidelines and bespoke online training modules on diversity and inclusion in the work place and mentoring.

Our NEW alta matching platform will be your starting point. To get started on your alta mentoring journey log on to the platform and simply enter your details, and, once you are accepted on to the scheme, complete the online training and search for a match. You can then connect with your mentor / mentee, and revisit the platform as the mentoring relationship progresses.
