High Achievers in the Aerospace
Industry Giving Something Back
Nowadays, life is fast paced and we are being pushed more and more to pursue our careers and be the best that we can be. But is this all we should be doing? What about our future generations, should we be helping them? And at what stage should we start to push the future generations? We interviewed Samuel Bancroft, who is currently on the Defence Engineering and Science Group (DESG) Graduate Scheme, and is currently seconded to the Royal Aeronautical Society.
He’s currently in charge of Engineering & Airworthiness for the Schools Build-a-Plane (SBAP) Challenge. Aside from his career in Engineering in the Aerospace industry, Sam also has a keen hobby in flying and is currently working towards obtaining his Private Pilot’s License. We ask Sam how he managed to get to where he is today, and what his advice is for giving something back to inspiring the future generations.
