Aerochallenge 2017 was eagerly attended by over 60 young members spread across 13 teams at HQ on Wednesday 15th December

Topics such as: Aeronautical Principles, Airlines and Space were contested across the day. Eventual victors Rolls Royce took home the coveted Aerochallenge trophy, this year sponsored and presented by Magnesium Elektron.

The Rolls Royce team was comprised of Michael Donnelly, Alistair Roberts, Thuvahrakan Susendralingam and Paolo Malgieri. Well done!

Also worth an honourable mention were 'Aeroperial' , a team from Imperial college, made up of first year undergraduates and finishing marginally behind Rolls Royce, a great effort.

Thanks to our sponsor Magnesium Elektron who were present throughout, thoroughly enjoying the day.

Thank you to all that made Aerochallenge 2017 another success in the Young Persons calendar. See you next year.
