The Ballantyne event - designed for 14-18 year-olds and open to youth groups, school groups and individual guests - provides an opportunity to hear from early careers and experienced professionals about the career opportunities and pathways in aerospace and aviation through an inspirational programme of talks and workshops.

Our 2015 event will recognise the importance that innovation in the aerospace and aviation industries of today and tomorrow. Sponsored by Raytheon UK, speakers will include innovation leaders, graduate and apprentice engineers and pilots who will give an insight into innovation in their fields and how young people can develop their skills and demonstrate creativity and innovative aptitude to future employers.  There will also be interactive workshops as well as FREE pilot aptitude tests from The Honourable Company of Air Pilots and an 'Ask the Expert' Q&A session.
