If your membership with the Royal Aeronautical Society has lapsed and you would like to re-join to take full advantage of Society benefits then now is a great time to reinstate!

As a lapsed member you will have lost the use of your Society post nominal as well as access to AEROSPACE, the Society’s monthly magazine,  individual support with your CPD and a host of lectures and events held at HQ and at our branches across the world that assist in connecting members through interest and business.

If your membership has lapsed and you were registered with the Engineering Council (EngC) and paid your registration fees through the Society, that registration will also have lapsed and you will be unable to use your EngC post-nominal as well as your Society one.  If your EngC registration is lapsed for more than 3 years, a new application for registration will need to be made. To avoid having to re-apply for your professional registration we encourage you to reinstate now

As we are now in the third quarter of the year membership fees are prorated to 50% of the annual cost, for a full list of the current subscription fees please see our subscription fees page.  For all reinstatements there will be a £52 administration fee and for new membership applications this is charged at £72.

If you would like to reinstate your Membership and professional registration with the RAeS at this time then all you have to do is complete the reinstatement form and e-mail it to membership@aerosociety.com.

We would like to thank all of you who have recently left the Society for all of your support and do wish you all the best for the future. We appreciate any feedback that you may have on our membership benefits and services which may assist us in our continuous improvement and invite you to contact us to share your comments.
