NASA has postponed the planned first launch of its new Space Launch System (SLS) from November 2018 to 2019 because of ongoing issues with the development of the launch vehicle and the Orion spacecraft.

One problem is that the European-built service module for Orion, which was scheduled for delivery in January, has been delayed until at least August and will need a further 12 months of work to conduct tests and integrate it with the crew capsule.
