The New Year is just around the corner and so it may be time to upgrade an existing or previous student membership. Start the New Year with a membership grade to reflect your dedication and qualifications in the aerospace industry and gain instant recognition in industry with the use of an RAeS post nominal.

All those who currently hold or have previously held student membership with the Society are eligible to upgrade to e-Associate ARAeS now for just £46, valid until 31 December 2017!

As an e-Associate, you will continue to have access to all the fantastic benefits that the Society has to offer, including our free monthly online publication, AEROSPACE, and our well-respected careers advice and guidance. You will also be entitled to have the letters ARAeS after your name, which demonstrates to employers and colleagues your commitment to the profession. After your e-Associate membership has ended you will be automatically converted to the Associate grade.

Upgrading your membership to the e-Associate grade and becoming involved in RAeS activities will also help you to build professional contacts and to be proactive in your professional development. You will also be able to access the Young Persons' Network, a network of students, apprentices, and young professionals.
Please note that you are only eligible to apply for e-Associate if you have completed one of the following:

an undergraduate degree
an integrated masters’ degree
a postgraduate degree
a recognised Apprenticeship

Becoming an e-Associate is easy. All you need to do is complete the application form and either email the completed form to or return it to The Royal Aeronautical Society, No.4 Hamilton Place, London, W1J 7BQ.

If you already have confirmed details for further study, please complete this form to let us know the details of your studies, and we will update your record and will extend your current student membership.
